Unfortunately, Love Always, Liz CBD oil does not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds.

Shipping:

Love Always, Liz CBD orders under $74 are assessed a flat rate $5 shipping fee while orders over $74 receive complimentary shipping. 

Love Always, Liz CBD ships to all 50 states within the US using first class USPS 3-5 business day shipping. Orders placed Monday-Friday will be shipped out within 24 hours with the exception of federal holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM EST through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

Love Always, Liz CBD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has not arrived, please contact the USPS to file a claim by visiting https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.
